Happy Thursday's

Last Thursday Trevor comes home puts some bags from Wally's World (walmart) on the counter and we continue on with hugs and hello's!

He leans down to Maycie and said, "tell mommy to look in the bag."
(A little back ground, we decided last year that we weren't going to give each other Christmas gifts, since we have gone a little over board in the past.) I look in the bag and it is a new CAMERA!! I was in a little shock and
I look at him and said " Why didn't you save it for Christmas?" (Ya not a thank you , I'm really nice)
and he said "It's not a Christmas present it's a Happy Thursday present!"
Then I said Thanks about a million times and haven't put it down since!! Yaa you can see some pics now!! What he didn't realize about his little plan is that Christmas is on a Thursday this year!! HEEHEHHEHEE
I wanted to take a pic of me with the camera but I cant so use your imaginations!!

Just a little update

I have been having a really hard time doing posts because I feel like without some pics it will be boring so soory if it is!!
THANKSGIVING!!
This year was such a fun Thanksgiving! Most of my family got to spend time together and it has been a long time!! I had so much fun catching up and watching the little ones play. They are getting so many cousins and they are growing up so fast!! It was sad to see the weeked over and everyone go home!
The day started with Brunch with Trevors fam at our house and I have to add my husband is a HERO!! I had quite a menu planned that was going to take at least 2 hrs and I woke up so sick! I spent the entire morning lying on the floor, I dont know if it was nerves or just the excitement but Trevor pulled it off! I finally started feeling better about 30 min before everyone showed up!! THAKNKS BABY!! It Was DELISH!!
After brunch we headed to Have an early lunch with my family! It was so good!! Turkey Ham and everything else you can imagine! It was so fun to see the kids play together outside while a very SAD football game was going on with some of the men! Quite a sight!
We then headed over for our dinner at Trevors parents house! Wow I ate so much!! But my all time favorite is green bean delight!! And The newest that sheyl made that was so good was artichoke stuffing!! WOW I ate it at every meal for 3 days!!
I am so greatful to have so many loving people who surround me an my family! I am so Thankful for everyone we love in our lives!! It is so easy to just pass through life and not stop and look around a little bit and remember what is important!! CHEERS TO FAMILY!! We love you all!!!

LATE NIGHT MOVIE!!

Yes that is right, I saw the movie last night, well this morning, at 12:01am! The very first showing of the new movie! I finished the book in 3 days and it left me dying to see the movie! It was so much fun! A much needed night without the kids! My friend Tegan and I met up with a few of her friends from work. Had a few snacks and headed to the theater at 11:00pm! By the time the movie hit I was so tired, but VERY anxious to see the movie! I wont tell too much about it you'll have to just go and see it! Well worth it!! I cant wait to start the second book! If you haven't started to read it yet...DO IT!! You will LOVE IT!!

A MUST READ!!

TWLIGHT!!

For those of you who have never heard of the author Stephanie Meyer you have to read her series of books. I have heard about them from tons of people, but now I know first hand how you cant put it down! Tegan, one of my day care moms and close friend, loaned me hers! I started it yesterday and I have read over 200 pages with ease!! I cant put it down!! BEST BOOK EVER! And the movie comesout the end of November! I CANT WAIT!!

Everyone should take a "BITE" out of it.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

For us, thinking Halloween started a few months ago! For those of you who don't know. I love to coordinate EVERYTHING! So we had it all planned out that Maycie would be a witch, and Gagie would be a mummy. Sense maycie is 4 and Gaige is 18 months, I figured this is really going to be the only year I can make sure they match! Well about a month ago maycie decided that she HAD to be Snow White, as much as I tried everything to persuade her out of it, she had her mind set! So I decided humm... Gagie doesn't talk, he is always smiling, and has ears that stick out! DOPEY!! I started to get really excited how cute Snow White and Dopey would be, until I started looking for a costume for Gagie! With no luck in the stores or online I had to get creative. Much to my surprise I found everything we needed at our house. Is was DESTINY!!

We put her hair in curlers at 8:00pm and didn't talk them out until 3:30pm, and used an entire can of black hair spray!!

She really did look just like SNOW WHITE!! (I asked her what her favorite part of Halloween was and she said) "Trick or Treating, playing with the leaves, and eating the eye ball that had lemon in it!"

Gagie loved wearing his HAT!! He couldn't get enough of it! He knew how cute he looked and loved getting the attention from everyone. He would fall down just to get the "awww how cute" out of everyone!! I am so happy with how the entire costume came out! Nobody could believe that I had made the hat, shirt, and Maycie's bow!!

When the I saw the two of them together in their costumes, I just about fell over in laughter with how cute they had turned out! My beautiful Snow White and perfect little DOPEY!!

A Halloween we will NEVER forget!!

Mommy Blues!

Every Wed. it just so happens that none of the daycare kids come until about 8:00 am. So we take this opportunity to do a mid-week clean of the upstairs. We (Maycie, Gagie, and I) were in Maycie's room and our normal routine is Maycie puts her cloths away, and I do the organizing of Barbie's and trinkets. But this time we decided to switch. I picked up a shirt, looked at it, and realized how small it seamed. I thought for sure that it was my laundry mistake. But then I looked at her and realized it wasn't her shirt that was small, it was her that was big. I instantly became very overwhelmed with the "Mommy blues". As we all know our kids grow up very fast, it is just sometimes feels like it happens way too fast!! So I am taking a trip on memory lane to see my baby girl!!







This one is small but so was she......Kevin's wedding she was less than two weeks old.

One year old! She has always loved looking at pictures. She gets so excited when she sees someone she knows, and really excited when she sees herself!!

"hello.. Yes this is maycie.... oh no your mistaken I am not 19 months I am 19!!"

Two days after she turned two. She got to go to DISNEY LAND!!Three days before she turned three she got a baby brother. and so she wouldn't feel left out she got the best birthday she will EVER have!!

At three and a half she went thought a "CRACK" phase!!

She has always been a water baby!! I think she might be part fish!!

And she still loves to POSE!

Now she is four going on 20! She is in preschool and loves her new found freedom!

She sure is growing up into a beautiful, Kindhearted, SMART, perfect little girl. But.....

To me, she will always be my "Baby Girl"!! I love you Maycielyn!

MISSING CAMERA!!

I have a mystery that I cannot solve! My digital camera has somehow vanished into thin air! I used it about a month ago to take a picture of Gaige, turned around and put it on the table, and somehow it is gone. I have searched my house from top to bottom. I wouldn't even let Trevor take the garbage out for three weeks because I was sure that somehow it was thrown away with the many little hands that are running around on a daily basis. But unfortunatly, after searching though dirty, NASTY, OLD, GROSS, STINKY... (I could go on but I will spare you) I let the garbage get thown away! So The reason for the post. FIRST: If anyone has any brilliant ideas on where children like to hide things that I maybe missed, then please comment.
SECOND: I Promised My sister, after reading one of her wonderful blogs that put me in tears, that I would be a better blogger. So although they may not be the most exciting to look at. They will let you know what our little family here is Idaho is up to! I hope you all enjoy. You dont realize how much you appriciate something (Digital camers) until they are gone. Film takes a long time to not only get developed but to fill the film!! Pictures will come!! We miss and Love you all very much!!!
